Shivery hike

I asked Denise if she would take a brisk walk with me the other day. In southeast Michigan there is a wonderful system of “Metropolitan Parks’. We drove to the Lake Saint Clair Metro Park in search of migrating Snowy Owls. After almost 45 minutes Denise said this is not what she had in mind when I said brisk. ‘Ya, but it is a damp cold.’

    1. Very quiet here for Christmas. It was just the three of us (don’t forget the cat). Getting used to being here but still can’t meet new people and there is no place to volunteer.
