It has been exactly six months since my blood pressure went haywire zapping the Right sixth cranial nerve which made me see double. For a while I tried wearing an eye patch. After thousands of pirate jokes I switched to a stick on prism patch on the right lens of my glasses, this tricks my brain into thinking I don’t see double. I hope and pray the nerve comes back so I can rip off the dumb prism.

There is still some ‘side effects’ with the prism. Sometimes I can see all of the colors that make up white light. It is not as cool as it sounds. It is a hassle.
