In need of a cuppa joe we found Explorado, a coffee/Gluten Free shop in old town.

Being GF we don’t find completely gluten free places so we had to give it a go.

A completely Celiac safe place that is doing very well is a testament to the creative owners, Rob and Kendra Benson. The Bensons have been baking and coming up with gluten free pastries for 11 years.

A warm, friendly ambiance welcomes you as soon as you walk in.

A great menu with plenty of items you will only see in a paleo restaurant. Each one is well worth a try.

The coffee was thumbs up and yes, I did indulge and had two GF donuts.

North of Denver in beautiful Fort Collins, you gotta visit Explorado.
