Drink local coffee #14

Kaktus Espresso Bar Reykjavík Iceland

You are on a mission to find more murals in Reykjavik, the moon is still up because it is only 11:30 am. You wander onto Pinkholt street then take a few turns.

Look, there’s one up there. Ya know, I sure could use a good cuppa joe…

Hey, what is that little place across the street? It might have some coffee.

The menu is all in Icelandic but it smells good in here. Let’s order something and see how it goes.

It is small and there are a lot of folks jammed into the space. This is true local coffee. A fine cuppa joe and a wonderful pastry. You can’t get this at the corporate coffee place on the Main Street.

It’s an adventure and a treat to ‘bump into’ a great local coffee shop. Get outside and walk.
