If you have never donated blood – now is the time. It is not difficult, it does not hurt. The American Red Cross and other organizations have excellent personnel who make the process quick and a good experience. Even us snowbirds who are temporary transplants from the frozen tundra were able to find a place to help out. Blood donation saves lives. Contact The American Red Cross or the local blood organization in your area.
