Denise, and I took our good friend Stephanie whale watching on December 8th.  We went out of Newport Beach and hugged the coast which is a main migration route between Alaska and Mexico.  We were treated to 3 different species of whales.  A Pacific Gray, a Great Minke and this ‘big dude’ a Humpback.  I took this shot when the whale got curious and came in close to the ship we were on.
